Mitchell Lewis is a dedicated and accomplished Choral music educator with over 16 years of experience in various leadership and teaching positions. From his early years as a teenager directing church choirs, Mitchell's passion for music has been evident.

Throughout his career, he has served as a choral director in both secondary and post-secondary institutions, honing his skills and expertise. Mitchell holds a Bachelor's degree in Choral Music Education from Florida State University, where he gained a solid foundation in music education. He furthered his education by obtaining a Master's degree in Choral Conducting from Winthrop University, enhancing his knowledge and proficiency in the field. With an impressive track record, Mitchell has held significant roles in prestigious institutions.

His past roles have included the Director of Choirs at Queens University Charlotte, NC, Adjunct Music Professor and Choir director at Central Piedmont College in Charlotte, NC and Men's Chorus Director at The University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Additionally, Mitchell has showcased his artistic talents as the Artistic Director for The Charlotte Chorale, further establishing his reputation as a skilled and versatile musician.

Currently, Mitchell serves as the Director of Choirs at the esteemed College of Lake County in Grayslake, IL. In this role, he continues to inspire and guide aspiring musicians, nurturing their talents and fostering a love for choral music.
